I only wish they had a huge natural specialty section like the shoprite on Rt 33 has. I have always had a pleasant experience with the employees maybe because I always approach them with a smile. This is my shoprite and I get lots of my gluten free foods and organic produce here. I like shopping there as long as I dont need to interact with any of the miserable employees. That floor while it might be slip proof, it makes intolerable to wait at the deli, so I skip it. Never mind its the loudest supermarket Ive ever shopped in. They never smile and they seem annoyed when asking for help.
I usually find what I want and need, but theres a serious lack of friendly employees. Overall, I find this grocery store to be well organized & a great place to shop. Sadly, there all usually the same people there all the time which is good but due to a lack of employees at certain times during the day (but mainly evenings) there is rarely anyone there to help assist you when browsing for something specific. I go to this ShopRite often the wait time in lines arent bad, the cashiers are friendly & they have a large array of food choices.
The cashiers are friendly as are the customer service desk. Produce could use a boost some days but overall its good. I dont know what these people are talking about? Its clean, organized, the floral department is gorgeous, the bakery dept is ever helpful, the deli dept always busy but thats a good thing, right? I love the Italian and olive bars, better than the Shop rite in the Square. Love my Shoprite! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful to me. Will not return and looking forward to trying out the new Aldis in Hamilton. I had rushed to your store before work specifically for this sale, wasted an hour of my morning and walked out with no veggies. With that said she did not honor the price you had listed and told me the manager was busy. Your self check out girl went to double check the sign and agreed with me and apologized for the confusion. I specifically came for your 5 for $5 Birdseye veggies.none of what I selected was one of the protein blends costing 2 for $5, although all of my bags were ringing up at this price. Today is second time in a row Ive come to this store for a sale you were advertising only to find out at checkout the item is not on sale.
